No hassle - above and beyond dealership! I was in the market for a 2017 Wrangler JKUS - I had gone to another dealer on route 9 in Natick prior to contacting Colonial . The other dealer did n I was in the market for a 2017 Wrangler JKUS - I had gone to another dealer on route 9 in Natick prior to contacting Colonial . The other dealer did not seem all that interested in finding me a jeep- they told me one was coming in and they would call me when it arrived in a couple days. After 3 days I called that dealership and they told me they sold it. I reached out to several other dealers at that time and most asked what I was looking and then went silent - except for Dave Egeland at Colonial - Dave emailed me and said they had a few models close to what I was looking for - So I took a ride to Hudson - Dave introduced me to Steve Egeland and Steve brought around a model that had everything I was looking for except leather and color. I then worked on the sales end of things with Steve and the business manager assuming they could find what I was looking for. This process was painless. I told them what I was looking to pay based on my own research on TruCar and Kelly Blue Book for my trade value. Steve said he would look around the region and see what he could find - and if that did not pan out he could order one. A day or two later Steve called and said "I found exactly what you want on Long Island , do you want me to have it transported here..." I said yes and two days later I went back to Hudson and signed P&S and drove the car off the lot, I have bought or leased about 10 cars between my wife and I and this was by far the easiest car buying experience ever. There was no hassle - no pressure - I honestly think I spent about 3 hours total at the dealership over three visits - the first visit - the second visit to sign P&S - and a third to get a sticker and pick up my registration and go over how to put the soft top up and down correctly. I did eventually here from other dealerships weeks after my initial visit to Colonial but they were more interested in selling me what was on the lot than finding me what I wanted. The whole team at Colonial was super helpful and made this far and away the best car buying experience possible. I love my new Jeep and if and when something goes wrong I will drive a bit further to Colonial for service. More

They checked out my car and ran some numbers but due to some mechanical issues with my vehicle, it made sense not to move forward. Eddy and David walked me through everything and explained how they got the numbers they did and it was ok. I agreed with them. Great car buying experience! Saw a used Jeep Wrangler on CarGurus at this dealership, called up right when they opened and was able to come in to see the car an hour later. They had pulled the car out front for me to see and were very nice and professional as well as very knowledgeable about the car! Friendly but not too pushy which I really liked. Had a great test drive, loved the car and was able to come to a deal based on the price on CarGuru! Overall, great car for a good price - great buying experience! They have the financing and registration in house which is very helpful but there was a delay in approval so I couldn't pick up my car until the next day, but that's just the reality of paperwork.
