I did all my negotiating online with their Internet sales team. Their Internet sales team was knowlegeable, and alwasy got right back to me with answers to my questions. They worked hard for my business and deserved my business. When I went in to sign the paperwork, the sales person and sales manager were honest and didn't "play any games". We got the paperwork done quickly with the deal I agreed to with the Internet sales team. I added some items to my Jeep after market and the parts department manager was honest and very knowledgeable too. I highly recommend Colonial. They're good guys. More
