The representative who assisted us asked about our needs and desires and price point. He said he had something we might be interested instead of the Subaru: 2012 Dodge Journet Crew Certified Pre-owned...Fully loaded. Above our price point... [and financing is difficult for us]... Loved the car and feaatures. Really liked the Rep [Eddie Bhatty - who, we found shortly, is also the F&I Manager!]... Eddie introduced us to Sales Rep Roger. Nice fellow...laid-back... We took a test drive...OOPS! Fuel light came on after 2 miles so we had an abbreviated test but it was enough! We made the deal.. They got the financing at a very agreeable rate. We drove the Journey off the lot More

Before I headed down I checked out their reviews and was happy to see so many satisfied customers. Once out of my car, I was immediately greeted and the Jeep I had in mind was located. What impressed me the most was the amount of knowledge everyone was so willing to share with me about the Jeep! What I had found online only scratched the surface to what these guys new. It was so great to hear how passionate they were about the product they sold. Everyone worked with me in regards to my trade and financing. I was treated with respect, but it was not fake or stuffy. I felt comfortable asking questions, and never felt pressured. David even came to my house to help me take the hard top off and give me a lesson on installing the soft top. Now that is service!
