A great dealership with PHENOMENAL people I needed a new car due to my 2013 Chrysler 200 being totaled. Found Colonial through "True Car" and was very fortunate to have Scott Clark reach out I needed a new car due to my 2013 Chrysler 200 being totaled. Found Colonial through "True Car" and was very fortunate to have Scott Clark reach out to me. I had several offers in hand and Scott and his team worked to get me into the right car (2015 Chrysler 200). A few hiccups with USAA didn't deter Scott and he stayed right on top of the deal - even after learning that the finance company sent the loan funding to the wrong dealer. Scott kept in touch every day with an update and soon I was driving my new car..... Thanks Scott - I will let everyone know what a great experience I had at Colonial Chrysler. More

Speechless (sort of) After a lackluster experience at Baystate (see other review), we took a chance on colonial. We called them on the way out there (40 minute drive from Brighton). We negotiated everything over the phone en route, and the jeep was cleaned and waiting for us by the time we got there. Paperwork was drawn up, and we were in and out within an hour. The guys even stayed 30 minutes after closing because we didn't know they closed at 5pm and we showed up around 4:30p. Not a peep of a complaint as they were all happy to see us and just gave us a wonderful experience. Top notch. More
