I am writing today to say THANK YOU to Jerell Difulvio our Salesman for his top notch, highly professional personalized service. I went to test drive a 2014 Patriot and was undecided, he let me drive a few different vehicles, allowing me to take the vehicle to show my husband, which was very nice. After two days of contemplating what vehicle was the right fit for me, I found my new 2014 Cherokee Latitude, he explained all the details and options on the vehicle, letting me decide without any pressure what so ever. He was patient and very polite while I made up my mind, when I finally decided he took me to see Ray in finance and waited for me to finish even though his shift was over, his dedication to the customer was "over the top"! Then when I asked if I could pick up the car on Sunday he politely said sure no problem, never letting me know it was his day off, he came in just to make sure I was completely happy and there when I picked my new jeep up, I couldn't believe he came in on his day off , just for me! Proves he truly cares about his customers and goes above and beyond to meet their needs! Today I brought in in for an inspection sticker, he was waiting for me and took my jeep right down to get the sticker and brought it up for me, with the AC on waiting for me! I can't say enough nice things about Jerell, Tony (who emailed me about the Labor Day Sale, thank you Tony) and I can't forget the Chris who was extremely informative and helpful as well, he knew we were long time customers and was there every step of the way to make sure I was informed and happy with my decision. I would personally recommend this dealership to anyone and I would personally send them to see Jerell he is the best salesman I have worked with over the years! My purchase had a couple of bumps but overall I'm pretty satisfied. I love my new car and would have to summarize the buying experience overall with Colonial as not as bad as most dealerships.
