David, along with the general manager, Chris, made the entire process run smoothly. From the trade in process to the credit application, it was all done professionally and courteously. After Initial email with Eddie Bhatty he advised me he could get the color I desired. I went done to negotiate a trade for my car. After a little haggling back and forth I Got to meet the G.M. Chris Gourley. He took the time to explain to me the whole process of trades and values. We decided to meet at a point which made me happy and he got a sale.My salesman Eddie was a "Great" guy who made the buying process as simple as it could be. He got back to me either by phone or email within 1/2 hour every time. When it was time to pick up my new truck Eddie made me very comfortable with finishing the paperwork while Chris the G.M. came by to congratulate me again with my purchase. I finished all my finance paperwork with Ray Jimenez who also made it very quick and to the point without all the high pressure stuff you usually see in Dealerships which we all hate! I was taken to the detail department by Eddie because of concerns I had in the past with other Dealerships. They were all friendly and did a great job of making my truck even better looking than before. I was also taken to the sales department to meet Dan Burke who also congratulated me on my purchase and was shown how the department work when you dropped off your vehicle for service. I had such a great buying experience at Colonial that I would highly recommend this place to anybody looking to buy from them without worrying about high pressure gimmicks or old school tactics. Excellent Buying Experience! I can't highly recommend enough and say nice things about Eddie the sales associate at Colonial. My first call I immediately told him the price range I can't highly recommend enough and say nice things about Eddie the sales associate at Colonial. My first call I immediately told him the price range I was aiming for and the vehicle I was interest in which was a Dodge Dart SXT. Before you know it; he started working his magic with numbers and came with an incredibly low monthly lease rate that blew my mind. When we went to see the vehicle in person; we passed along the higher tier Dodge Dart GT model and I told him, "Man I wish I could afford the GT, but I bet that is out of my price range". He told me "Don't worry, let me run some numbers for you, check every available instant rebates and we can quote you for the GT model, then you can decide if you stay with the NXT or upgrade to the GT". Once again he didn't dissapoint searching high and low for every possible angle where he could get me the best deal for a GT; and before you know it he found me an even better deal for a top of the line GT. Long story short, I came out of the dealer with a HUGE smile on my face and a brand new top of the line 2014 Dodge Dart GT; which includes tires/rim protection and free oil/filter change for the first 3 years!!! I highly recommend anyone who's interested in buying, financing or leasing a new/used vehicle to stop by Colonial and give them a chance to quote you. Dodge Challenger 2014 Shaker I went to Colonial Dodge in Hudson looking for a Dodge Journey and there it was, the 2014 Dodge Challenger header orange. 30th Anniversary Grand Caravan Purchase I wanted a vehicle to support the range of utility I wanted for both commuting and domestic projects. I described the characteristics I was looking for and Chris laid out the Dodge options available. After settling on the model Chris searched out all the incentive and discount promotions that provided the best retail pricing I could have expected. The specific feature combination I requested required an area search for that configuration which they found and were able to acquire within 24 hours. 24 hours after that I was driving home my new 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan 30th Anniversary edition. The dealership even kept the inspection garage open an extra half hour to accommodate the receipt of the insurance stamp to allow finalized inspection and safety sticker registration. This is my tenth Chrysler/Dodge vehicle and my 3rd from this dealership and this sales consultant. The combination of sales and service has been most satisfactory over the years.
