Jeep Wrangler - Dragon I went to Colonial looking for the new Jeep Dragon Edition. They didn't have any in stock but were quickly able to locate one at another dealership. I went to see Chris Farias specifically since I worked with him in the purchase of my last vehicle , which was also a low stress experience. The negotiations went very quickly since I had done some research before hand and had an idea of what I had wanted to pay. I got a better then expected trade in value on my old Jeep and got a good price for the new one, overall it was less than I expected to pay. Especially since it was later in the year and one couldn't be ordered from the factory, but they never used that to try and raise the price of the new vehicle. After the sale, Chris took care of all the details, like insurance, registry, etc, and I was quickly on the road in my new Jeep. It was definitely a very stress free experience, no long tedious negotiations or having the usual feeling that one got a raw deal. More

Best Experience of Buying a Vehicle This whole process started when my Ford Windstar could not be used anymore and I went looking for a Ford Transit and that was not going to work for me This whole process started when my Ford Windstar could not be used anymore and I went looking for a Ford Transit and that was not going to work for me. My dad has a Dodge Grand Caravan and I knew it had the room I needed for working. His van goes to Colonial Dodge where he likes the service and so that is where we he took me. I looked at a 2008 Town and Country with 50,000 miles and when we met Tony, he said he could put me in a new Dodge Grand Caravan for a better price. We test drove a 2014 Grand Caravan and it was great. It had the room I needed for work and had the seats for carrying people. However, it was more than I could afford at the moment, so while we were test driving, Tony went online looking for a newer model used Grand Caravan. He found a 2012 silver, my favorite car color, Grand Caravan that had 18000 miles and $18000. It still had a warranty on it for 36000 miles or 3 years bumper to bumper and the 100,000 mile or 7 years transmission/engine. Tony really did his homework on this vehicle. Since the vehicle was not on the lot, Tony went and picked up the van and drove it to Colonial Dodge for me the next day. I came back on Sunday and test drove it. It was exactly what I needed and wanted so I put a small down payment to hold it until the loan could be approved. We started the paperwork for the loan that day. I ended up getting a loan privately in the end. So within a week I was able to get the paperwork signed and payments to Tony to buy the car. Tony did a great job helping me through every step. He went above and beyond even helping with my animals. I would recommend him to others and I actually did give his cards out. I would definitely go back again to get another vehicle. More
