We can display and show more than 25 vehicles inside and we have an indoor delivery area for those days when being outside just isn't an option. Our service staff is exceptional. Our goal is to get your vehicle in, get it serviced correctly and get you back on the road with an absolute minimum of inconvenience. Our customer lounge has free Wi-Fi, free gourmet coffee, Pub style tables and leather furniture, a massage chair and a 52" flat panel HDTV. We provide all of this at our very convenient location, just off Rte 495. Easy to find, easy to get to and with that home-town feel. Very frustrated consumer. As I stated before, we live in NH and bought a car at your dealership. We had some bumps in the road with registration (scheduled on the wrong day so we actually missed our appt) and insurance but those have been resolved. Last week, the car failed inspection due to bad tierods (which you would think should have been noticed that they needed to be replaced when the new tires were put on the day before we bought the car). We called our salesman and was sent to the service department. Yes, the repair is covered, an appt was scheduled for 2.22. (Work cannot be done locally) We take the day off from work, drive 2 hrs (1 way) for the service department to say, yes they need to be replaced and we will have to order the part and you come back again. What a waste of our time and loss of wages, fuel and tolls because now we need to take another day off to come back when the part could have been preordered for todays appt. In todays world, people buying cars out of state need to be handled a little differently than someone that lives locally to your dealership. I hope you offer some type of compensation for all that we have dealt with and still currently dealing with, no fault of our own. We have seriously learned a valuable lesson when it comes to buying out of state. Sincerely, Cathy Sullivan
