COVID-19 Buying Experience I purchased a Ram 1500 during the COVID-19 pandemic. I placed a deposit on the truck while it was in transit to the dealership. Colonial was great to work with during these unique times. We communicated back and forth via the phone and email. Once the truck arrived, we agreed on a time to meet at the dealership. The dealership was clean and orderly. Everyone I worked with was very friendly but also respected the social distancing guidelines. Once life returns back to normal I look forward to going back and shaking hands with Leo, Michael and Eddie. I highly recommend this dealership. They were great to work with and I am very happy with my purchase. More

The very best experience in buying an automobile I was recommended by my brother-in-law that Colonial was a good dealership to work with. They are honest, upfront and no hassles. I did my homework ahead of time and know the numbers I was looking at. One has to be reasonable, since we all have to make a living. I've been to dealerships where they want to make more than a living, more like a killing, but I did not get that feeling with Colonial. I've worked with Mike Ballos and his team on the purchase of 2 vehicles and would recommend them to anyone that was thinking of buying a Dodge, Chrysler or Jeep. I have had nothing but a positive experience with them and everyone that sees my new Ram 1500 EcoDiesel Limited, comments on the ride, the technology and the looks of the truck.
