Great service Scheduling with Amanda was easy. Nick was very efficient, knowledgeable, and personable. When it was decided I needed more work done on the Jeep tha Scheduling with Amanda was easy. Nick was very efficient, knowledgeable, and personable. When it was decided I needed more work done on the Jeep than I had planned on, he arranged a ride home and back for me. Besides staying on top of the service for my Jeep and keeping me updated, when everything was done he carefully listened to my concerns about my phone connection and auto seat setting and he then went out to the car with me and corrected both situations. Rick is one of the best Jeep techs ever. I obviously trust him with my life. Steve, the manager, who I met for the first time, was pleasant to talk with, showed interest in why I was there and said to contact him if I had any concerns, which I didn't. I appreciated Bamma giving me a round trip home and back so I could make better use of my time. More

Corrected problem other Jeep dealer told us was nothing Had loud squealing noise when back up taken to original dealer leased from found nothing seemed to be brakes but they said nothing wrong with brakes j Had loud squealing noise when back up taken to original dealer leased from found nothing seemed to be brakes but they said nothing wrong with brakes just live with it. Got worse called Colonial made appointment for a few days later quick and at end of day problem was resolved determined it was parking brake cable rubbing on part of metal on brakes.
