I brought my Explorer there a month ago. Was told 1 part for my gps was back ordered. The rest would be in the next day. Called today and the service women was a complete xxxxx. Came back on the phone to tell me all parts were back ordered. I asked when they were expected and she said when they come in. I asked to speak to the service manager and she would let me speak to him. I asked her more than once to speak with him. I’m in customer service and this is not how you treat customers. I’ve been a customer for over 10 years not no more. I found another dealer that was able to get the part next week for me. More
