My husband and I were most impressed with John's knowledge of the Taurus and his professionalism throughout the process. John was efficient when presenting the car for the test drive and his knowledge of all of the cars unique features. While negotiating the deal, my husband and I were treated with respect by John Collas, the dealership sales manager Dell Roderick, and the finance manager Shane Conroy.
