After sitting there after my service was completed for @ 20 minutes I approached the Service Desk to see about pay-up and being on my way. During the @ 20 minutes I watched another auto completed and Service retrieving the customer and sending him on his way. Plus, the mileage reflected on the invoice is overstated by @ 5,000 miles.
