I set the appointment and he introduced me to Mike Oneil who carefully listened to what I needed and did not try to push any other models my way. He got on his computer and found the exact car. The vehicle is great but the Honda dealers are not. At the request of a friend, I visited the Ford dealer to look at the option available. I do not recall ever owning a Ford in my lifetime. I met with John Collas and was smitten. I purchased the vehicle. I also worked with Dell Roderick and Shane Convoy. I found the vehicle of my dreams. Thank you, gentlemen. Awesome Cutomer Service I recently came home from overseas and was coming to see my family for the holidays. I was put in contact with Mike Oneil and he gave me some numbers I recently came home from overseas and was coming to see my family for the holidays. I was put in contact with Mike Oneil and he gave me some numbers on a Focus ST i was looking at. I told him that I would be in the area during the holiday. I had a very long drive and went to see him the next day after i arrived. He already had the car prepped, we took a quick test drive and then sat down to talk. He then took an additional $500 off what he had quoted me earlier. Him as well as the financier Shane, were extremely courteous and accommodating. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and i was highly recommend Colonial Ford. More
