Wonderful experience!! After searching the internet, I discovered that Colonial Ford had the vehicle that I wanted. I called and spoke with Dwight, who was friendly and professional. He didn't have the information that I needed at his fingertips, but told me he'd get back to me ASAP. Indeed, I heard back from Dwight within the 1/2 hour and made an appointment to go to Plymouth to see the vehicle. (You may think, 'Hey, so what? - he called you back! What's the big deal?' - but I didn't get the same courtesy from 2 other dealerships that I had been contacting prior to calling Colonial Ford.) Upon meeting Dwight, he introduced me to Bill - who was also very friendly and knowledgeable. Bill gave me all the information up-front and answered every question I had. If he didn't have the answer, he found it and let me know either by text or a phone call. I did buy the car - and Bill kept me informed of the process every step of the way. Frank, in the finance office, was equally friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and professional. As I was traveling down from Boston, they were VERY good about doing everything that needed to be done in one trip and on-time! I feel that I received a very good price on the vehicle I purchased, was treated with respect and unsurpassed customer service. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle. With a little luck, maybe you'll get to work with Bill and Frank! ;-) More

But I have all the piece of mind of a new one. John Collas was great thru out the whole process and continues to be..Any thing that was wrong they wanted to make right, and have. Most of all, the day after I bought my truck I went back because the floor boards didn't seem right, I was sure something was wrong .Sure enough John Collas took me over to see Mark Johnston at the collision center who determined right away the previous owner had modified mounting brackets.He returned them to factory spec in less than an hour without any hassle. Frank Feeney was straight forward very helpful with finance paperwork.I had been dreading replacing my truck but I am very glad I stopped into Colonial Ford just to look. More
