Easy Transaction! Art is great to work with! I started out on the Ford.com site, "building" the vehicle that I wanted to buy. When I searched for matching vehicles, Colonial had an exact match. I submitted a request over the internet, and after a few emails back and forth with Winston, I decided to visit the dealership. Art arranged for a test drive and made sure that all my questions were answered. He's very knowledgable about the options and accessories, and knows the "MySync" system well. After some negotiating with the sales manager, Dell, we arrived at a fair price. I came back a few hours later to take delivery, and found the vehicle very nicely detailed and ready for me to drive home. I sat with Shane to finalize the paperwork and settle up. All went very smoothly, and made for a pleasant transaction overall. I would definitely consider buying another vehicle from Colonial! More

I told him I would be there in a few hours .Well I got there as soon as I could. I parked my car in front of the dealership, And my wife Judie went to the door .As soon as I walked in wright on the left there was a desk and a gentleman asked if he could help me .I said I was looking for Dwight ,so he went to him and then came back and told us he would help us and please be seated. Well it was John Collas, we all hit it off very well, he was so knowledgeable and sincere that it went very well from there. At that point I knew that I was not leaving with out a new car and he made sure of that . I could go on and on but it was meant to be and the other gentleman ,Dell Roderick and Shane Conroy where also great service they do it all. Finally!!! I have been walking into dealerships for a couple of years wanting to buy a new car. I've always ended up leaving annoyed -- before I came to Colonia I have been walking into dealerships for a couple of years wanting to buy a new car. I've always ended up leaving annoyed -- before I came to Colonial Ford of Plymouth and met John Collas and his team!!! John took the time to show me all the different options on the vehicles, and had time to answer every question I had. The team at Colonial really feels like a family, and purchasing a car there made me feel as though I was a family member. Dwight was super, helping me setup my initial visit to the dealership we had a lot of emails back and forth around my busy schedule, but he never lost touch and we ended up finding the perfect time for me to come in. Shane was also very friendly and straight forward answering my question on financing options. John took time after my vehicle delivery to introduce me to the service team, and set up my first scheduled maintenance, for me that was huge, meeting the service department and learning how to get in touch with them. A few days after buying the car I had realized I left a pair of sneakers behind in the old vehicle, and left John a voicemail asking if they turned up. He returned my call letting me know the sneakers had not turned up but he would look for them, I let him know it was no problem and he didn't have to go searching as it had been a couple days. John took it upon himself to exhaustively search for them and he was able to find them for me! Through the entire experience John returned all my calls and answered all my text messages super quickly and in the friendliest way possible. John did a lot of things as far as setting up the vehicle synch for me, and going over options for roof-racks, to explaining the AWD system to me (someone coming from 4x4). John made my car buying experience awesome and I would highly recommend John and his team at Colonial to my friends and family. More

3rd straight ford at colonial ford I found a couple of vehicle's for sale online at different dealerships that sounded attractive, not my 1st go around buying a car so know that most ti I found a couple of vehicle's for sale online at different dealerships that sounded attractive, not my 1st go around buying a car so know that most times you can feel the stress and sometimes the pressure from a car salesperson that come's with buying and trading a car. made colonial ford my 1st stop seeing I bought my last two (fords) car's from them, but this time I stopped first at the service dept and spoke to service manger Joe Murphy who me and my wife have dealt with many of times over the years and he's one of the reasons we keep going back to colonial ford, so i told him what I was up to and he went out his way and brought me over to sales and introduced me to Jake Eldredge who made this buying and trading a car a very pleasant, stress free experience, found Jake friendly and very helpful and easy to work with and look forward to working with him again when my wife will be looking for another FORD.
