A very positive experience! I had a recall on my 2010 Mercury Milan that I brought to a local Ford dealership to have fixed. A few weeks later, my car was having the same issues. I tried to get a second appointment with them, but, they didn't have any available for at least two weeks (even after I explained that my car lost acceleration and stopped running two times on the way home from work that day). I called Colonial Ford and explained the situation to the Service Advisor, Anthony Cristiani. He was genuinely concerned for my well-being as the car was not safe to drive, and told me he would make sure it was serviced the next morning. The car was completely repaired and ready to go in less than 24 hours. I have had no issues since. Anthony was very professional and understanding of the situation. I would highly recommend Colonial Ford for any repairs. More

John is efficient, resourceful, so friendly and is a wonderful teacher as he explains and demonstrates many functions of the car. He is a genuine very nice guy with practical experience too. The sales manager, Dell Roderick, made a point of taking the time to introduce himself and welcome us to the dealership. Great Experience at Colonial Ford! I purchased a new Ford Edge last weekend from Colonial Ford. The sales team beat the price of 4 other dealerships. But more importantly, Colonial to I purchased a new Ford Edge last weekend from Colonial Ford. The sales team beat the price of 4 other dealerships. But more importantly, Colonial took the time to really show us the features of our new car. Salesman John Collas helped us set up the Ford Synch system to recognize our phones and showed us how to use all of the navigation features on the car. The finance person (Shane Conroy) got us a great deal on a loan and answered all of our questions. They made it easy and it was a low pressure situation. Overall, I would highly recommend this dealership. More

I've been a customer of Colonial since 2008 when I moved to Plymouth, and I keep going back because I know I will always get the best deal there. I know we got the best value for both of our trades because we checked with 2 other dealers before we ultimately went back to Colonial to finalize the purchases. The entire experience from start to finish was great- There's no pressure, The sales team is knowledgable in the Ford Line up, and knows how to get it done. We went in and outlined what we needed for our trades, and what we hoped to arrive at for a payment. Shane was able to get us a better interest rate than I expected by shopping hard with various lenders. Art G was all class from start to finish, and when the Chips were down Dell made sure that we were happy. Frank the salesman called back and we discussed when I would come look at the car - 9/20 830am was my appt. Thursday I got a call from the Business Manager asking about my financing, I told them I got my own financing, miraculiouslly the car had a customer on a deal 10 minutes before I put my deposit on the car. they sold it. deceiving dealership I would not recommend dealing with them. Best Customer Service! I have to say this was the easiest and the most stress free purchase my husband and I ever experienced. We have bought many vehicles over the years but have never purchased one from Colonial Ford. We went looking for our Son to get him into his first car purchase to establish credit and get a safer and better vehicle for him. John Collas immediately knew what truck to bring out and show my son after speaking with him about his needs. It was a newer and a better price than we had expected him to be able to purchase. Needless to say we were elated as my son was in the car within 24 hrs. John came in on his day off to see my son drive away in his pre owned but brand new looking truck. It was spotless and detailed to perfection. Shane Conroy oversaw the financing end with my son and was nothing but professional.
