My last visit was for my 50,000 mile check up, Anthony the service advisor was so courteous and helpful. Before doing any work on my vehicle he explained all and also gave me information about rebates. the waiting room was comfortable with a television and even toys for the kids to play with. I visited with Art in the showroom, where he helped review my warranty, which led to not only, Anthony but Mark, the body shop manager helping me make sure my warranty issue was resolved. I received my vehicle back in tip top condition, thanks to Shawn, the service technician. This dealership is not what a typical dealership is known for. I extremely recommend Colonial Ford to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle or service their current vehicle. More
