On arrival, George introduced himself and then went to work trying to find just the right truck. On the first visit we struck out, but George continued the search and identified several trucks that were close to our needs. When we returned to look at the trucks George found, they either had something we did not want or was missing something critical on my list. George, guided us to throughout the selection process and we were finally able to find just the right truck. Shane helped complete all the paperwork and was extremely pleasant, especially given that it was past closing time. Within two days the truck was prepped, insurance, tag and inspection were all completed; so, when we arrived to pick up the truck all we had to do was get the key and thank George for the exceptional service. New Car Purchase/Lease Visited Colonial Ford after looking at auto ad in local news paper. After entering the dealership we where greeted by Bob Hebert. After introductions and the offer of coffee or a cold drink Bob asked us a few questions about our auto search. We told him we had visited several other dealerships specifically another Ford and Honda dealership and the results. We told Bob what we where looking for, we looked at a used Ford Explorer and then moved on to a lease. Bob was patient and answered all our questions. We ended up leasing a 2014 Ford Explorer XLT and got just what we wanted no more no less. I was impressed that Bob Hebert did not use high pressure sales , he listened to what we where interested in and found a vehicle that met our needs. More

My first experience with the service center and Anthony was when I brought this vehicle in for an inspection sticker. I am a big fan of quality customer service and will sing the praises of any business that provides such. Hence, I can't say enough about my great experience with Anthony and Colonial Ford. I didn't have an appointment and showed up towards the end of the day. I wasn't expecting anyone to be thrilled with me. To my surprise, I was acknowledged as soon as I entered the service area, greeted with a smile and "Hi. How can I help you?" They took my vehicle right away and told me to feel free to make myself comfortable in the waiting area. I don't think I even warmed the seat in the waiting area before they came in and told me I was all set! Love it! Today, we had to drop off our other vehicle. The window wouldn't close on the truck as of last night. We dropped it off before the dealership opened, no appointment again. I brought my husband to work and drove back to the dealership to plead my case and see if they could fit us in. I had to be at work shortly, so didn't have much time to accomplish this in. When I walked through the door, Anthony gave me the same happy greeting. (I don't think a lot of companies realize just how important that initial greeting is to a customer.) He patiently listened to my dilemma and told me he was pretty sure he could fit us in. I gave him a contact number, thanked him and went on my way. (I was actually early for work.) He phoned me a few hours later to let me know what was wrong, what cost we would be looking at, and to get our consent before they did any work. We gave them the green light and our vehicle was all set before the end of the day. Peter was the technician that worked on the truck. When my husband tested the window, his exact words were "It's as smooth as silk. Nice!" Great job guys! You've made a repeat customer out of us! More

However, when I decided on the Fiesta I returned to Colonial Ford because they were by far the easiest dealership to work with that I had visited. Art was very helpful in choosing the perfect fit for what I needed. He made sure to check into all possible rebates that I qualified for and worked with me so I knew the whole process. I explained the price point I could afford and was given that price without any hassle. The sales management and financing teams were easy to talk to and worked to give me an even better monthly payment than what I had hoped for even with extra GAP insurance included. After purchasing my Fiesta, Art set up all of my Bluetooth connections and explained how to operate them. I would highly recommend visiting Colonial Ford and asking for Art if you are looking to buy a new or pre-owned car, especially if you are feeling rundown from visiting other dealerships. More
