Best Customer Service! I have to say this was the easiest and the most stress free purchase my husband and I ever experienced. We have bought many vehicles over the years b I have to say this was the easiest and the most stress free purchase my husband and I ever experienced. We have bought many vehicles over the years but have never purchased one from Colonial Ford. We went looking for our Son to get him into his first car purchase to establish credit and get a safer and better vehicle for him. John Collas immediately knew what truck to bring out and show my son after speaking with him about his needs. It was a newer and a better price than we had expected him to be able to purchase. Needless to say we were elated as my son was in the car within 24 hrs. John came in on his day off to see my son drive away in his pre owned but brand new looking truck. It was spotless and detailed to perfection. Shane Conroy oversaw the financing end with my son and was nothing but professional. We have lived in the area for over 14 years and have always gone to another dealership that we always felt pressured and drove away with a feeling of "did we do the right thing"?
