Neither of us have ever seen such a friendly group of salesmen before. We spent most of our time working with Jake Eldridge (who was very professional), which was a great help. Jake was very patient with my father and I (which is tough to do considering we are both very needy people). We finalized the purchase of my 2014 ford focus with Dell, Frank, and Shayne. They were also very helpful. Unfortunately, a week after purchasing my car, I got into a car accident which resulted in a total loss. Nevertheless, my father and I went back to Colonial Ford and just like our first experience, Jake helped us again. He ended up finding me an identical twin to my first car and helped us finalize our deal for the second time. Overall, my father an I were more than pleased with our first encounter at Colonial Ford in Plymouth. The customer service was fantastic and Jake was a major help in getting me into the right car.
