Anthony took care of my unique situation with my transmission working directly with Fox to resolve the issue. I felt cared for and was updated throughout the process. I will no longer work with B transmission working directly with Fox to resolve the issue. I felt cared for and was updated throughout the process. I will no longer work with Balise Ford whom I purchased the vehicle from. It is worth the 40 minute drive to be dealt with courtesy and professionalism. Thank you Anthony. More

I was over charged for for a $118 bank 2 heated oxygen sensor. This part takes 10 minutes to replace once on the lift. If I back out the charge for the computer diagnostic, the labor comes out to about $3 sensor. This part takes 10 minutes to replace once on the lift. If I back out the charge for the computer diagnostic, the labor comes out to about $300.00. When I get an invoice from Metro Ford, the labor seams more reasonable. I own 3 Ford vehicles and do most of my repairs through Metro but the last several repairs were done by Colonial as you can see.
