Very poor communication regarding issues with vehicle and why promised completion date was missed. Multiple phone calls where never returned. They refused to update owner of the vehicle contact informations. why promised completion date was missed. Multiple phone calls where never returned. Both drop off envelopes where filled out with new owners name and phone number, even spoke with front desks personnel and clarified contact information, yet old name and phone numbers where used. Only positive was when I finally was able to get a hold of personnel they where pleasant on the phone More
