I searched the internet and found the Explorer I was looking for at Colonial Ford in Danbury, Ct. . I e-mailed Colonial Ford to see if the SUV was still available. Within minutes Denise Cerullo called me back, answered all my questions and set us up with an appointment with Dave Gillotti. We walked into Colonial Ford and Dave was greeting us at the door. He had the car waiting for us to test drive and went over the SUV from front to back with us. Dave was very friendly, knowledgeable, and not pushy at all. We also had the pleasure of meeting Bill Johnson, another true professional. Dave and Bill made purchasing our Explorer painless and easy. We were out the door within three hours time.
