Called my dealer on a Wednesday to talk about possibly trading in my 2010 Ford Focus for a bigger vehicle. On Saturday morning we drove from our house in Torrington to Danbury and within a short time dro trading in my 2010 Ford Focus for a bigger vehicle. On Saturday morning we drove from our house in Torrington to Danbury and within a short time drove out of the dealership with a 2013 Ford Fusion. Very happy with the vehicle being that we needed a car with a little more room. The salesman Pat Stavola was knowledgeable, helpful and overall great to work with.
