I recently visited Colonial Ford in Danbury, and Tom Spegnolo made this experience so amazing. Such a great guy, so nice and helpful and really no pressure. I found the dealership in an online search for a 2014 Ford Escape and took a ride (about an hour away) to test drive the vehicle. Jose went through the car's features with me and made me feel comfortable with my purchase. In the meantime, he called us about a few other cars he thought we would be interested in - which we were going to look at - but as luck would have it the original car became free - we came in for a test drive (...twice) and bought it with the help of Colonials finance dept. The entire process from beginning to end was as pleasant an experience as one would hope. No Pressure/No Bull.....just a desire to get us the car we were looking for. This is the 2nd car I bought from Colonial and I wouldn't hesitate to buy another one from Don or recommend him and the dealership to anyone interested. Purchased a 2010 used Honda Civic from Colonial Ford. Don Bashak was my salesperson. He not only gave me a great deal but he also inspected the car before I picked it up. He noticed that the lock on the Don Bashak was my salesperson. He not only gave me a great deal but he also inspected the car before I picked it up. He noticed that the lock on the trunk didn't work properly and the molding was scratched. He had them replaced for me. He also had a second key made because there was only on key. The radio in the car also had to reset. Awesome job Don. Thank you very much. More
