I walked in with a problem I thought would take a month or more to solve and to my surprise walked out wi Kudos to Colonial Honda and Arthur Lauzier! I walked in with a problem I thought would take a month or more to solve and to my surprise walked out with a solution that reduced my cash flow, a better car, and a lease that doesn't lock me into to future leases with big down payments. In fifty years of buying cars, never have I bought a car from the first dealership I visited or on my first day looking for a new car. The lease on my Toyota Prius V was up in a couple of months. The 2015 model failed an IIHS crash test so I was looking for alternatives. The Honda Accord Hybrid was at the top of my list. Fortunately the salesman we met was Arthur Lauzier. He patiently answered all my questions and asked lots of his own before showing me what I thought I wanted. Later we talked about the total cost of ownership given my budget and driving patterns. To my surprise, we ended up buying a new Honda Accord Sport that required no down payment, reduced my monthly car expenses, and had a much lower payoff than a comparably priced Toyota Prius V. Arthur was informative, patient, a good listener, and actually delivered on an offer that I suspected was the opening round of a "bait and switch" scheme. Kudos also to Kevin Ward who took ownership of our problems in dealing with Toyota Financial and our vanity plates. The lack of sales pressure and patience were especially surprising in view of the large crowd at the dealership on 'Black Friday'. We could not be any more pleased with our experience at Colonial Honda. More
DON'T BUY FROM COLONIAL IF YOU ARE FROM OUT OF STATE We purchased a new Pilot from Colonial in June and on 11/10/2014 we are still trying to get the registration / insurance straightened out. We are Florida residents but they said it was too difficult to register out of state. SO IF YOU ARE FROM OUT OF STATE INCLUDING MILITARY DON'T BUY FROM COLONIAL. It is more important to get the "unit" sold and off the lot than it is to provide the proper customer service to the out of stater. More

Minutes before I came to colonial Honda I had stopped at different dealer and I felt like I was bothering them but at colonial everything was completely different , I was pleased with the service and I would definitely recommend this dealer to all my friends and family . After searching for a used Honda for quite some time, when I finally landed at Colonial I was anything but optimistic. I was floored by the number of used cars they had to choose from, as that has not been the case at the countless other dealerships I had visited. Chris' positive attitude was contagious and before I knew it I had totally let down the guard I swore I wouldn't. Something about the 'feel' of the dealership made me comfortable and confident that I would be treated fairly and that I would, in fact, purchase a car from them. It was very, very busy in the showroom. However, the team seemed to have it all under control. I looked around at the other customers and every one of them seemed to be having a good time too. I did wait a while to sign up with finance, but I didn't mind because there were cookies! Chris was on top of the sale to the very last step, even calling me the week after I picked up my car to be sure I was still happy with my purchase. I will recommend Chris Ferreira and Colonial Honda of Dartmouth to anyone who will listen! Thank you again!! More

I was not quite sure of the process to turn the car in at the end of my lease and either buy or lease another car. Chris Britto explained everything to me and made the process so easy. I went in and told him what I would like to spend and I walked out the next day leasing my second vehicle, a new 2014 Honda CRV...I was very happy with the process. It was the best experience I ever had leasing a vehicle. I will definitely go back at the end of my lease and purchase or lease another car. I love driving around in my new CRV... Thank you so much! 2010 pilot more than a lemon My husband purchased a 2010 pilot in June 2013. When he brought the car home I immediately noticed the car needed an alignment. We brought the car back to Honda and they charged us for an alignment (for our 25,000 car we owned for less than 2 weeks) the car came home and rather than pulling to the right. It now pulls to the left. Brought the car back and they aligned it again. Back to pulling to the right. Brought the car back to Honda again and they informed us that the car needed new tires and no matter how many times they charge us for an alignment it wasn't going to fix the car. Awesome. Our new car needs 4 new tires. Oh did I mention that within the first 30 days we owned the car I turned my car on one morning and the radio wasn't working. It said "enter code" During one of our trips to honda to fix the radio they informed us that the battery must have tripped the radio and that it needed to be replaced. Several hundred dollars for a new battery and guess what. The car says "enter code" at least once a week still a year and a half later. Honda "does not know why!?" This keeps happening. Glad I bought a new battery. That was cool. Eventually someone gave me the code for my weekly "enter code" episodes so I can do it myself now. Long story short. This is the 4th honda I've owned and it will be my last. In less than 2 months owning this car I spent over 1000$ Also! They don't offer a lot car to use for people like me that live an hour away so I get to leave my car at the shop and have a friend follow me and then I'm car less while they do nothing to fix my car Glad I spent that extra money getting it Honda certified! More
