"Amazing customer service!!!! "

I was hearing a strange noise on a tire and contacted Desiree who I bought my car from. She was more than happy to help and scheduled me an appointment with Justin in service. I had to go back a few times to get it permanently fixed as they were waiting for a part. Justin greeted me with a smile everytime and was so helpful with anything I needed. I only waited about 30 minutes, and I was good to go. I even got a coupon for my next oil change! Everyone is very helpful at Honda and I recommend them to everyone!!!

"Excellent customer service"

I bought a new HRV I 2016 and in the summer of 2017 I noticed a funny noise. It took a few visits to diagnose the problem and fix it, but Justin was always patient and understanding of my concerns until we figured it out. It was repaired under Warranty, and I am very happy with my car as well as my choice of dealerships. My sales person, Barry Otto was with me every step of the way and always took time to sit and visit with me when he saw me in the waiting area. I can’t say enough good things about Barry and Justin!

"Horrible customer service "

Price was fair, but after the papers were signed all the problems began. I had several issues with the car that they still haven't resolved. I have a 2015 and have been back for service 5 times in 2 weeks. My registration wasn't completed within the 7 day allotted time. Tony, the service manager was rude and condescending for Colonials wrongdoing. The finance guy was yelling and swearing from his office because I caught HIS error. He overcharged me and it took 3 weeks for them to cut me a check. The saleswoman was the only positive part. Never again will I go there.

Tic has been my service advisor at Barry Honda, Barry Nissan and now at Colonial Honda. I trust him to make my cars safe and reliable and to never recommend service that is not necessary. My last four Honda Accords have gone over 200,000 miles and were still going well when I traded them fir newer Accords. I credit Ric with that reliability.

Came to Colonial Honda just to get my car serviced and then out of curiosity I spoke with an employee by the name of Jason Lopes about my current lease. Jason then explain to me all of my options and which in the end result landed me in a new car. Incredibly helpful. I also spoke with the finance director Kevin Ward who helped me reach an incredible deal! Great experience!
