She gave me a price on my Honda pilot I then told her I would call her back after I spoke to silko she asked me for my name and number which is janet and I told her not to call me.. 3 hrs later I called back and stated to her I wanted to the deal at a certain number.she said great let me check with my manager Sean see what I can do for you. She placed me on a brief hold and said great news I can do that today.. I said I be there in an hr which I was.. I was greeted by a salesperson Charles who went and got Tanya he took over the sale and Sean gave me the number he said he was and Charlie went above and beyond for me. Along with kevin ward who answered every question I had and awesome attitude.. I will recommend this dealership to everyone.. Arthur met us in the car lot on his day off, as he was picking something up. He asked if he could help us with anything and we told him we were just looking. We told him we were mostly interested in the Accord and he told us where to look after getting us a Honda Accord book and giving us his card. He was very helpful, yet not too pushy or overbearing! He showed us the new Accord Sport and told us to call him to set up an appointment if we saw anything that interested us. His polite and friendly nature led us to call him in a few days. We set up an appointment and after taking the car for a ride, we sat down to a very lengthy visit with Arthur. He worked with us tirelessly trying to get us a price that we could afford for the new Accord Sport. He said he would do all he could, and that we would shake hands at the end of our negotiations one way or another. He did get us a great deal on the new car, and the deal was finalized at around 7 P.M. after getting to the dealership at around 2 P.M. We picked up the car a few days later and he sat with us in the car showing us how to use all of the instruments. He also called us twice, missing us the first time, to find out how we were enjoying the car. He was simply the nicest car salesman I had ever dealt with. I certainly will be revisiting Colonial Honda the next time we are in the market for a new car. More
I WAS VERY SURPRISED HOW GREAT MY VISIT TO COLONIAL HONDA OF DARTMOUTH WAS AND THE SALESMAN BARRY OTTO WAS VERY PATIENT AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. I TEST DROVE 2 CIVIC LX'S AND DECIDED ON THE RED ONE, BARRY SPENT A OF DARTMOUTH WAS AND THE SALESMAN BARRY OTTO WAS VERY PATIENT AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. I TEST DROVE 2 CIVIC LX'S AND DECIDED ON THE RED ONE, BARRY SPENT A LOT OF TIME EXPLAINING ALL THE FEATURES OF THE NEW CIVICS AND I CAN'T WAIT TO PICK UP MY NEW HONDA TOMORROW! I ESPECIALLY LIKE THE REAR VIEW CAMERA AS I HAVE NECK PROBLEMS & IT WILL MAKE ME MORE COMFORTABLE BACKING UP MY VEHICLE. I ALSO LIKED ALL THE SAFETY FEATURES ESPECIALLY SINCE I OFTEN HAVE GRANDCHILDREN IN MY VEHICLE. THERE ARE SO MANY STANDARD FEATURES IN THE CIVIC THAT THEY DIDN'T HAVE WHEN I PURCHASED MY FIRST HONDA! Best Price hands down. They don't argue or try to persuade you, they simply work with you to get you a fair deal. I am extremely happy with all the sales people I dealt with at Colonial. I love my new Pilot! A few months ago I went into Colonial looking for a new Pilot to lease. I purchased the EX thinking I would be with at Colonial. I love my new Pilot! A few months ago I went into Colonial looking for a new Pilot to lease. I purchased the EX thinking I would be fine without the sunroof but a few days later I wasn't feeling complete with the EX. I called the dealership and spoke with Tanya asking if I would be able to lease the EXL and if I could afford it. She suggested I make three payments and come back in. Last Sunday she surprised me with a phone call. She stood by her word. I was very impressed, she had exactly what I wanted. Tuesday evening I received another call letting me know I could pick my car up Wednesday. I live about an hour away from the dealership and couldn't get there until early evening. Charlie was awesome, he had a good personality and great additive. He actually went into work on his day off to make sure my car and paperwork were ready. When I walked through the door he came over and greeted me. He introduced me to Sean and said he will explain all the paperwork I had to sign to me. He was very nice and really polite. I will be referring my family and friends to Colonial Honda and I am looking forward to my future purchases. More

My wife and I were in saw an ad for a lease and went to see what they had. We knew what we wanted and that's when all the haggling came in. Customer Service: We had a trade in that is worth much more t see what they had. We knew what we wanted and that's when all the haggling came in. Customer Service: We had a trade in that is worth much more than what they wanted to give us and wanted us to pay an extra $1200 on the lease to take the trade-in which we eventually negotiated off the deal which took about an hour. (We were there for almost 4 hours) Price: Once we played the bargaining game and got them down to a reasonable price for a car that was not our first choice due to color they did not have (wanted to charge us $300 to get us the color we wanted, come on!). We made a deal after an exhausting 3 hours of going back and forth, over and over again on price, trade-in, down payment, monthly payments etc... Overall Experience: Since we were doing a trade-in and were moving to a lease they could not give us the car on a Sunday as they needed to get new tags for the car which is fair. The salesperson told us that it would be ready the next day and here it is 3 days later and we call and were told we could come in and pick up the car, but it would not be clean because they are so busy they have not had time to wash it. Come on; how long does it take to wash the outside of a brand new car with 6 miles on it when you have had 3 days to do it?? We have bought new cars in the past at other dealerships and this was by far the worst experience we have ever had. I would highly recommend going to a different Honda dealership. Quality of Work: Sales person was nice with us and seemed very frustrated with dealing with the man behind the curtain (Sales Manager) due to the fact she had to go back and forth so many times. At what point can we as customers just deal with the person making the calls? This should be offered and not requested. Friendliness: With the other reviews I have read about this dealership, I am not even going to waste my time complaining to the manager as others have tried and have had no response. Great way to manage your dealership and customers buddy! Keep up the good work. I know a bad experience can be frustrating for all parties and as a dealership something should be done to make that unhappy customer happy as the happy customers will keep coming back and that is only going to make your dealership more successful.
