I would like to take moment and express my experience at colonial honda. I had been searching for A car for months had put an inquiry on line with no number. just an email adress and was contacted my Tanya colonial honda. And was responded to within Minutes by a price quote. I was not ready to buy just searching for the time being. Finally after getting repeat emails from her.I decided to give her a call and I must say was the best experience one could have she answered all my questions made me feel so comfortable on the phone.Also asked me if I would like to schedule a test drive that day for morning or afternoon giving me a choice which i found to be great no other dealer gave me an option of morning or afternoon to fit my needs.I schedule for the afternoon and drove 2 hrs to meet this friendly person on the phone. And when i arrived she thanked me for coming shook my hand asked me if i wanted a drin k or a cookie gave me to a great salesperson Joe. I had other quotes from dealers that where a little lower then hers but she never gave up on me and i felt i owed it to her you got a great girl there and management team i will tell all my family and friends. He has always followed up with me or my wife gto ensure we happy or needed any assistance with anything, he is by far the most professional and well educated sales associate i have had the opperunity to deal with in the past 17 years owning hondas,with that being said if anyone is on the market for a vehicle wether a honda or not i would strongly recommend you stop and take some time to have a very good buying experience wich at times have been stressful for us with others agiain i would like to thank you Brian and i know we will talk soon ps Mike and Caitlin More

My husband and I went to Colonial to purchase a new vehicle and Joe Zekus was the sales person we purchased from. We were extremely satisfied with his service. Purchasing a new car on a budget can be a gruling task but Joe made it easy because we could see how honest and sincere he was with us. We felt no pressure and found we got a real great deal and felt that he explained everything from the vehicles to financing in great detail. BEWARE OF WOLF IN SHEEP CLOTHING - I (a woman)was met at the door by Chip and handed off to Barry Otto. Barry and I spoke for a few minutes, I explained that I was ready to buy, had visited several other de the door by Chip and handed off to Barry Otto. Barry and I spoke for a few minutes, I explained that I was ready to buy, had visited several other dealers and was looking for bottom line figures. We sat down to talk and Chip joined us. Chip leaned back in his chair and began insulting Barry's hair, it's to long (?Barry has a buzz cut), when I asked why he was insulting him, Chip said 'it's okay, we go way back.' Chip then began rambling about some barbeque ribs he had sitting in the fridge waiting for him. In short, he was trying to draw me in and make me his friend. I told them I would like some numbers to bring home to my husband so we could get on with buying a car. They then pulled out the 4 square paper and in writing quoted a price on a CR-V LX & EX. The paper (which I have a photo copy of) even has the stock numbers of both vehicles. I was told the price was Only Good for THIS MONTH, which i was okay with... we want(ed) to buy the car. A few days later, I got a call from the office offering me a free remote start, which I was thrilled with as I had wanted that anyway. So today, my husband calls to make the arrangements to go down and do the paperwork. He reiterates the quotes and they laughed at him, literally laughed. When I got home from work, he was angry and told me what happened. I called and spoke to Barry and asked him what happened. He started to say that it was for the 'day' only. I was stunned and said, 'what a minute, were you not sitting right there? He said, yes, he was. He said he agreed with me and would sell me the car for 20k if it was up to him, but I could talk to Chip if I wanted... I thanked Barry for being a gentleman and said I had no wishes to speak to Chip. The conversation and my relationship with Colonial Honda of Dartmouth ended. If we had gone there tonight and had this conversation in person, my review would not have been as 'nice' as it is. More

Steve was extremely knowledgable and was up to speed on all of the cars we looked at. By far one of the best if not best salesman I have ever dealt with.
