Hello, I just received word of your unsatisfactory experience here at Colonial Honda and I would like to do what I can to make things right. Unfortunately, automobile negotiation is not a pleasant experience for either party - and I know we probably could have done something better to make it less painful. However, trade-in values and such are always a sticky subject as I totally understand that every customer would like to get as much as they possibly can/feel their vehicle is worth. But trade-in values are a subjective number as the dealer is forced to sell them on the open market where consumers are more educated than ever and price competition is more fierce than ever before - driving both sale price and trade-in margins lower than ever. As far as the condition and delay of your vehicle, this is completely inexcusable. There is no reason to take delivery of a dirty vehicle. I try to make myself available to every customer via follow-up emails, and clear links to reach me on the website. I take the time to personally respond to every customer who posts a review. I would like to somehow repair this relationship and make things right. Sincerely, Nick S General Manager
