My brother and I were out just test driving various vehicles at various dealerships, and found Steve to be very quick to step up and see if he could answer any questions. Mitchell Violet was very informative and did not use any high pressure tactics. The manager was also very helpful and they offered me a great deal. I really felt that I got a fair deal and I am very happy with my vehicle. What impressed me most was the friendliness and patience that both Mitch and the manager displayed with me. When I described my experience to friends and family as well as the deal that I was offered everyone concurred that I had bought my Honda from the right place. I would recommend them to anyone. I had just had a experience @ another Honda dealership that was no were near the customer service U received here. Very happy with my decision, even though i didnt get the color i wanted in my new car. that was no were near the customer service U received here. Thomas was great, he kepts me up to date on when my car would arrive, the static on it and even offered to deliver it to my house because i had come down with a cold and was very sick. Tom also programmed and got my phone to be in sync with my car, and sat with me to explain my gps system. He also transfered all my stuff from my old car to my new, which was a feat in itself. Even when I was not so pleasant he understood and tried to make me happy, he wasnt arrogant or pushy at all, he truley wanted the best for me!! Ive worked in customer service for close to 20 years and this is the type of service I expect. I'm usually the Manager, it was nice to be the customer for once and to be treated the way I was. From the help I got from Thomas to the Sales Manager and the Financial Manager all was a great experience. I'm hoping that even though the deal has been done I will still experience the same customer service when I need to revisit again. I would definatly tell other people the experience.
