Had a great experience with their service dept. Prompt & friendly. However, as stated on other reviews, we did get the "run around" during the purchase of our new Honda (which took us about 4 months). & friendly. However, as stated on other reviews, we did get the "run around" during the purchase of our new Honda (which took us about 4 months). Moral of my story one might ask? ... their service dept. has it's strong points, but, stick to your guns when it comes to purchasing a vehicle from these guys. At the end of the day, we're all dealing with a "salesman". More
Heather did a wonderful job as service adviser.She was very professional,knowledgeable. The first phone call she was very good in speaking nice and clearly. also very efficent.Upon my arrival she greeted very professional,knowledgeable. When I walked in and found that Ric Ferreira was still there...that made me VERY happy!!! It's always nice to see a familiar face when a business changes hands. Every time I go for any type of service or an inspection sticker, I'm always greeted with an enthusiastic smile! It's like visiting family! I rate this dealership very highly! 5 plus!!! Just recently, I turned in my 2011 CR-V for a 2013 model. I feel I received a very fair deal. My salesperson was Carmelo Colon...a very pleasant young man. He basically listened to what I wanted and after confurring with Kevin, a sales manager, I signed on the dotted line. They both worked very diligently to give me exactly what I requested. I told a friend about how "I went in for a sticker and came out with a new CR-V" !!. She went right down to Colonial and bought the one I turned in!! I know she'll be treated as well as I was. I had a very pleasant experience at Colonial Honda. I took my car in for service on a very busy day and the service team there completed my order quickly, efficiently and fairly priced. This is the most chauvinistic place I've ever had the misfortune to deal with. Peter Slota, service manager should be in rehab. He should never be allowed to speak to people! Ric Ferreira is overly nice until you decide to not purchase the extra 12 flushes, at this point he becomes rude, belligerent, and has no time for you. You suddenly find yourself on the back burner as though he is making you pay one way or another for not spending the extra thousand dollars! Nick Surdis, doesn't return your phone calls when you leave a message with your concerns. I bet there isn't enough hours in a day to handle all the service complaints!! This place is a joke. It's laughable! I'd rather deal with Victor Sousa at Herb Chambers. At least there I'm treated like a human being. More

I came into Colonial Honda for the first time on Black Friday for their free oil change special. They took very good care of me, and treated me well - I had a bad experience at Barrys Honda many years ago Friday for their free oil change special. They took very good care of me, and treated me well - I had a bad experience at Barrys Honda many years ago and never went back. Now, I am a Colonial Customer for life. They gave me 10% off on a few maintenance items i needed and I decided to go with it, only because of how well they treated me. I'll be back for breaks next month. More

I purchased wiper blade inserts. Used a coupon from email from Colonial. Not only accepted the coupon but installed the inserts for free! Bought CRV at a local dealership. Swore I would never return to Bary's. Received a coupon email from Colonial. Went there and was totally happy. I'll be back! More
