Hard to contact. Slow. I couldn't get thru to set up an appointment as the service department wasn't reachable from the automated phone system. The online Chat function is apparently a bot and did not understand my requests. The oil change and recharge of crystal fusion took over 2 hours apparently because our paperwork was left by the mechanic on the desk of an employee who was out to lunch. More
