If he didn't know the answer to our questions, he admitted it and found the answer instead of talking is way around the question. Most importantly, the numbers were what he said they'd be. I went back this weekend to trade-in my vehicle and purchase a 2017 Santa Fe. I had the same experience, and I would definitely recommend working with Dan and plan to refer him to my friends and family looking to purchase a vehicle. I also briefly worked with Heather who is new to the business. Heather was professional and courteous, and she's clearly going about her new career the right way. More

He called to confirm our appt. he had the car I wanted waiting for me and the rest is history. Bill is a decent, hard working, honest patient and caring sales rep. No bull crap and was very knowleadgable of the inventory and product. I will definitely buy a vehicle from him in the future.
