Although we did not purchase the car today, I will definitely be coming back to Colonial Hyundai of Downingtown to buy our new car. For reasons beyond his control, we had informed JP that we were hesitant to come back to this dealership to purchase our new Hyundai. JP insisted that we stop and look around and notice all the new faces. He informed us that the owner was aware of the issues, and had gone back to the basics of building a customer base for life. Those words, his actions, and the demeanor of everyone in the dealership showed us that they weren't just words but a reality.
