Read your contract carefully I liked Malcom. He wasn’t pushy and was patient. However they tried to add 200 dollars onto the agreed upon price when I got the final contract. I liked Malcom. Can't replace hubcap The day I bought my used 2015 Hyundai Accent here, I drove it home. As soon as I stepped out of the car, I noticed a hubcap had fallen off. Clearly is The day I bought my used 2015 Hyundai Accent here, I drove it home. As soon as I stepped out of the car, I noticed a hubcap had fallen off. Clearly is was on wrong. I called the dealership and they immediately started giving me the runaround, stating "you can buy those used for like 20 bucks". So what happens when something more serious than the hubcap falls off my car? Very bad first impression. More

New sales guy no good Peps is apparently new and pretty much lied to me about everything...He said gap insurance was included in the price he gave me, it wasn't. He said he'd call me the next day to set up the service appointment and he didn't. I had to hunt him down. He told me I'd get a panoramic sunroof installed after market and leather. The sunroof is not panoramic and the leather is not the color I chose. I'm fine with the factory recommended color of the leather, but I felt misled when he asked me to choose a swatch. And the sales manager, Robb, didn't act as if he cared that I wasn't initially happy with the leather. He just gave me the number for the guy who installed it. The car looks fine on the inside, but it came back to me with black spots on the hood that I haven't been able to remove. Donna in the service department was great. More

Wouldnt go again I went for oil change and Tire rotation and estimated bill was 54. Went there found out it was 68. I dont understand why tell something in beginning and change it later. Also, service was same nothing new added. The oil used was only for 3750 miles, thought there were better high mileage oils they could have used. However, service was done quick and good work done by the techs. More
