Hard to get in contact with, no consistency in work/price I dropped my Elantra off on Monday afternoon to be serviced for a Tuesday morning appointment. End of the day on Tuesday, there was no contact made f I dropped my Elantra off on Monday afternoon to be serviced for a Tuesday morning appointment. End of the day on Tuesday, there was no contact made from the shop to me about that status of my vehicle. I had to call three times Wednesday morning before I could finally get a hold of someone and it sounded as if they had just begun to work on my car. I discuss with Donna that we were only going to put an extra hour of diagnostic work into the car and she agreed to give me a call if they can determine the issue and what the fix would be. I finally get a call hours later to find out they have my car in pieces and no idea what the problem is, but that I will only be charged for the oil change and 2 hours of diagnostic, anything further I would be called for approval. I call back again Thursday, late morning, for an update and my bill has been increased by almost $300, I tell the service rep to stop all work, put my car back together, I need drivable by this afternoon. He says okay, I finally get a call that my car is ready for pickup and it is once again the higher price, almost $500, after some back and forth they finally decided to charge me only the work that I had approved the prior night with Donna. Simply put, I will never be returning to this dealership again for sales or service. I had every intention of sticking with Hyundai for my next vehicle, but their unprofessionalism, lack of concern for the customer, changing prices, performing of unauthorized work and expecting to bill me for it is completely unacceptable and honestly a disgusting practise. If you have to go to the dealer, do yourself a favor and drive to a different location; it will be more convenient than being without a car for 3 days and having to chase these jokers down for information and status updates. That being said, aside from being hard to get a hold of Donna and Ruben were excellent on the phone the multiple times I had to speak with them. My final call with Kevin started pleasant enough, but he became very rude as he tried saying that I had approved additional labor which I most certainly did not. The only thing he did right was correct my bill, but there was no apology for the lack of communication between his team and me, the delay in service, or any offer of compensation for leaving me without a car for 3 days and no option of a loaner or anything. As a customer, it was like I was an inconvenience to him. More
I came here for a free upgrade. Workers were all friendly and professional. I forget the names of the men working that day but I was not feeling well after getting my wisdom teeth removed days prior to the u and professional. Unhappy service experience The trunk latch on our brand new Elantra was not working properly. First, we were charged for the cost of the replacement part. After bringing this The trunk latch on our brand new Elantra was not working properly. First, we were charged for the cost of the replacement part. After bringing this to the dealer's attention, we were reimbursed. The repair itself took 1.5 hours to complete. The latch now works better, but it is still not 100%. To make matters worse, I noticed when I was driving home from the dealership that the inside rear panel that was removed for the repair was never placed back on the car, but was left loose in the rear of the car. We have been unable to reattach it properly, so now I need to make another service appointment to have it reattached. It is difficult to find the time for lengthy repairs with our work schedules, so we have not rescheduled this yet. I am not looking forward to another visit for the same repair. On a positive note, everyone at the dealership has treated us politely. More
