Wonderful Buying Experience This was our first visit to Colonial Mazda. We started looking for a car with Mazda in mind but had no intentions of buying that day. Previous experiences at car dealerships always seemed to be trying and the salespeople always seem pushy. We found this not to be true at Colonial Mazda. Our salesman Adam Rivero was friendly, courteous and kind. He took us out on different roads to get the feel of how the vehicles responded on different roads with curves, hills and surfaces. He patiently explained the features of the automobile from top to bottom. I can't say enough about how the sale was handled. More

Awesomeness Personified... We went the "Extra Mile" to Colonial Zoom-Zoom even though we have "just another" dealer closer & O' Lord, we're SO GLAD we did!! We test drove both the CX~3 & 5 with open minds... loved both, but went with a loaded 3 that I didn't think was do'able... Adam & crew went above & beyond to make dreams come true! 3 hours later (& a "free Wings lunch" down the road, (special shout out to Adam & Red) while they detailed my 3... are you kidding me...? Wings & beverage while the Boys in the back spiffed up the 3 before driving off!!! Yeah, Special dealer, Special Staff ALL AROUND for sure!!) Colonial Mazda's no hassle no pressure invirnment made the sales prosess easy and fun. I ended up leasing a CX-5 and got a great deal. A few months later I needed a commuter car. The relationship that I built with the team made it comfortable enough for me to call up, explain my needs and wants. Dave Adem suggested a pre-owned 2010 Mazda 3. He offered to have it driven down to my office for test drive. I told him it wasn't necessary and kindly have it ready for the following Tuedsay. I bought the car sight unseen or without a test drive. I was more than comfortable to do so as I trust Colonial Mazda and know they have my best interests involved. Dave Brown, my salesman was knowlagable and cool to work with, Dave Adem was fantastic and Roy in finance was a pleasure to work with. I can't say enough about the team!!! More

He listened to me and although I had done a lot of research, was able to show me how the CX-5 was exactly what I was looking for. He was right.
