I felt at ease and make this important decision and test drove the car I purchased a couple of times; Patrick was very patient and addressed all of my concerns and was very knowledgeable. I was very impressed how smooth and fast the process was once I decided to move forward and how effortless it was on my part. Patrick took care of everything! It was so easy-- no headaches, no hassle. The car, used, was filled with a full tank of gas, spotless and beautifully detailed--squeaky clean and shiny... good as new. I could not have been more pleased with a car dealership. I definitely highly recommend this dealer; he would get my repeat business for any future purchases. Great Purchase Experience from Start to Finish! Right from the start, from the original web quote (to multiple dealers) for a new CX-5, all the way to the delivery of the vehicle, these guys were gr Right from the start, from the original web quote (to multiple dealers) for a new CX-5, all the way to the delivery of the vehicle, these guys were great to work with! Tom provided a very clear quote up front, itemized per our request, with no hidden fees... The next day he was out but one of his co-workers, Heather, was able to pick up right where he left off and answered a bunch of questions for us. Because we were shopping around, it took us a couple days to make a final decision, but at the end of it, Tom was able to give us the best price for what we were looking for. And not even once, did he try and add on any extra items that we weren't interested in. Without getting into the details, we had some timing issues on our end with when we would sign the papers vs. when we would get the vehicle, but Tom was able to think outside the box and worked out a scenario with us to get around some obstacles and facilitated delivery of the vehicle over to us (we're not close to the Danbury area) vs. us having to come in again just to pick up the new car!. Overall, we had a great experience working with Tom, Heather, and are very happy with the whole process... can't say enough about how friendly they both were in all forms of communication (email, phone and in-person)! We would highly recommend working with this team and will be sure to revisit them when it comes time for our next vehicle! More

First off if you want a car that's stylish, well rated for reliability by Consumers Reports and perfomance by Car and Driver, and just darn fun to drive, look no further than the CX3. As Car and Driver wrote you have to drive it to fully understand but zoom zoom says it all. As far as Colonial Mazda, you will also not be disappointed. The buying experience with Tom A was pleasurable and stress free and we were able to agree on a price almost immediately. He was knowledgeable about the car and very responsive and friendly. I highly recommend Tom and Colonial Mazda and plan to return for future cars. More

Our first stop was with Ma My wife and I were completely against the idea of stepping foot into any dealership as we began our search for a small SUV. Our first stop was with Mazda and met Adam Dean. Right off the bat we realized that he was on our side, and we weren't being bombarded to buy a car. We test drove a CX-5 and didn't want to settle on our first car. We visited four other different dealerships for small SUV's and not only did we settle on the CX-5 for the ride itself, but it was because of Adam. Every other salesmen we dealt with basically told us that their car is the best thing in the world and you HAVE to buy it, that they were going to throw in all of these deals if you purchased it the day we looked at them which was garbage. Adam treated us like his friends. Obviously buying a car is a big deal and he didn't make us feel pressured AT ALL. Adam made our purchase extremely smooth and helped us out quite a bit. I can't say it enough how happy I am that we went through this experience with Adam. We are super happy and will definitely recommend him to all of our friends looking for Mazda's. The shop made our CX-5 sparkle when we picked it up. A great car buying experience period. More

I walked in and Adam Dean showed me exactly what I was looking for. After a fun test drive on the back roads of Newtown, I was sold on the car. I made a fair offer and Adam went to his boss Dave and he accepted. I drive all over Fairfield County and I never have been stuck in the snow. Adam still texts me every now and then to see how I am and how the car is. Jeremy is the only guy I have ever let service my car and he knows his stuff. I've sent many of my friends to Adam and Colonial Mazda in the past 3 years and they all agree that he really does care about his customers. More
