Most of the negotiations were done over the phone and via email which makes it super easy. Adam stayed until 9 pm to meet us. He is professional, easy & fun to work with! We had done a lot of research on the CX-5, and Nelson's in-depth knowledge and pride in the vehicle were evident. He joined us on the test drives, which allowed us to get answers to our questions as they arose, and allowed him to point out various features in action in various driving scenarios. We particularly appreciated the thought he put into choosing the route for our test drives, trying to simulate our daily driving conditions as closely as possible. Nelson's and Roy's kindness and no-pressure demeanors made the entire experience a pleasure. We also had a great experience with the service department. Joe and Jeremy went above and beyond to get snow tires put on the car before we took delivery, and they and the entire service department were friendly and welcoming. We have no doubt we're in good hands. We couldn't have asked for a better car-buying experience. More

Great experience. I was on my way to buy a Honda CR-V and stopped into Mazda, at my husband's request, to 'check out the CX-5. I'm glad I did! Adam greeted me at the door and was super friendly and helpful. He led me through all of the benefits of the car and was knowledgeable enough to point out the differences to the Honda. He urged me to take it for a test drive and its what sold me on the vehicle. It was a great ride and felt like a car rather than a noisy SUV. I loved the features of the car and we easily worked out a deal on a model that they had in stock. Negotiations were painless and I never felt like I was being lied to or taken advantage of. Taking delivery of the vehicle was smooth as well, Adam was ready for us and made it go quickly which was super important to us since we had our three young kids with us. (Definitely not like the hours I've spent in other dealerships waiting and waiting for a car they knew we were coming for.) Everything was as expected and Adam followed through on all that we had agreed to. The typical questions to 'add - on' warranties and service plans were gone through with the finance guy, we signed and we were on our way. A month later and I am so happy with my purchase. Adam is knowledgeable and respectful and actually makes the car buying process fun and easy. I had a great experience and highly recommend working with him. More
