He was extremely helpful and patient with me while I tried to decide what route I wanted to take for my new car. He answered every single question I had about leasing. It took me a while to decide what I wanted and I had a lot of questions and he was so patient and helpful. He made me feel very comfortable and confident with my car choice and trade in. He responded to every question quickly so I could make my decision. We had a few bumps in the road with my trade in but he worked with me and made sure I was happy and in my new car on the day he promised. Overall great experience with him and I would go back to him for any car purchase. More
Absolutely GREAT experience !!! I am 63 years old. This was my very first time making a "relatively" new car purchase from a dealership. I found on the Web a 2015 NISSAN VERSA NOTE. I am 63 years old. This was my very first time making a "relatively" new car purchase from a dealership. I found on the Web a 2015 NISSAN VERSA NOTE. I had spent the week before at Danbury KIA and in a one day (8 hours spent there) they could not find financing for me. Danbury KIA blew up my credit report in search of funding. I now have 17 Hard Inquires on my credit report thanks to them, which will stay on my credit report for 2 years. Between Patrick and Fred, I filled out the necessary paperwork and, I was good to go in 2 days. I use to drive a 1994 GEO Prizm. Imagine my learning curve!!!! Patrick was VERY patient with me explaining all the new fangled gadgets I had in front of me. My lack of modern technology did necessitate two days of going back to the dealership (kudos to an unwavering Patrick) to finally learn how to operate my new car, but I am SO happy. There was a minor problem with tire pressure but Rhiannon Pape cleared that problem right up and checked another issue for me, too. Everyone throughout the entire process was and continues to be supportive and any further issues I may come across, I am doubly sure will be addressed in a timely fashion. I do, and will in the future, HIGHLY recommend the Customer Service Team. More
