The effervescent Heather (Web Manager) matched me up with Adam (Salesman) who was helpful, knowledgeable, professional, and above all; a cool dude. We had a fun and relaxed test drive. Adam immediately answered any questions and addressed any concerns I had. He explained and simplified all the paperwork for me and we had a few laughs. It was a great overall experience. More

No pressure, Friendly & Fun First Time Buying Experience! Being that this was our first time buying a car, we had dealt with one dealership just before being referred to Colonial Mazda. The experience was lik Being that this was our first time buying a car, we had dealt with one dealership just before being referred to Colonial Mazda. The experience was like night and day. Adam was super friendly, put no pressure on us, which was refreshing after dealing with the first dealership. He actually listened to what we wanted and needed and went out of his way to figure out the best way for us to save money, stay within our budget and to do what was in favor of our best interest. Adam & Roy went above and beyond to help us around a few issues, thinking outside of the box to make this happen for us. There was no pushing us towards something that was out of our budget or towards any extras that we didn't need. He took the time to show us how to use different features in the car and made sure we were comfortable before leaving in our new ride! The entire experience from beginning to end was a pleasure. I would highly recommend Adam and Colonial Mazda to anyone looking for a car, new or used. More

I came into the showroom John McNeil at Colonial Mazda in Danbury dispelled all of my stereotypes for car salesmen. He did not pressure me in any way. I came into the showroom with no idea of what I wanted to buy. My 2003 manual Acura RSX was totaled in an accident so I didn't know if I wanted to purchase another manual or switch over to an automatic. He was very patient and took me on very long test drives to get to know the feel of each one. He was extremely knowledgeable and gave me all of the facts I needed to know to make my own decision. He even worked on his day off to get the car I wanted from another dealer. As a result, I am now the happy, proud owner of a hot red Mazda3 hatchback. ZOOM! ZOOM! More

Great experience from beginning to end. I knew I wanted a new car. I did my initial research, and decided I wanted either a Forrester or a Mazda CX-3 or CX-5. I also researched dealers, comp I knew I wanted a new car. I did my initial research, and decided I wanted either a Forrester or a Mazda CX-3 or CX-5. I also researched dealers, compared ratings and read customer reviews. I decided on going to Colonial because of the amazing reviews on almost every site I visited and the attention I received via a phone call. Honestly, my mind was pretty made up when I got to Colonial. I was intent on getting a Forrester. But John changed all that in a matter of a couple of hours. He listened to what I wanted and what I was looking for in a vehicle. I knew he was listening because he would repeat the details I asked for during the entire process. The test drive was amazing. I never felt rushed and he insisted on pushing the vehicle to its limits. I was skeptical, like anyone would be, from the very beginning but John was friendly, relatable, and most importantly straightforward. I wasn't intimidating or afraid to ask hard questions. Even in the end, when I was stressed from a long Monday at work, it felt like a simple and fair transaction. I had a truly great experience, thanks John! More
