I have leased 2 cars from Colonial Mazda. My first experience was good. The most recent, 4 weeks ago, was a disaster. After attempting to get information in order to make my first payment MULTIPLE tim experience was good. The most recent, 4 weeks ago, was a disaster. After attempting to get information in order to make my first payment MULTIPLE times and being given the wrong information, I had to call the general manager to get him involved. He was finally able to get me an account number. Apparently they are using Mazda Financial Services who sources out the actual financing to Toyota. I was initially given phone numbers to contact Toyota and they had no idea who I was! Fortunately I obtained the necessary information to make my payment on time. I'm STILL waiting for my car registration sticker and document. I transferred the plates from the car I traded in and was told that they would send these items via over-night mail. They keep blaming the delay on NY State DMV and COVID-19. After checking the DMV website I found out that the documents were sent to them 2 weeks ago. No one at the dealership can locate the items so I had to have them re-issued, at a cost to me, and sent to me directly. Something has happened to this dealership over the past 3 years. It's extremely disorganized and no one seems to be educated regarding financing or processing of paperwork. Needless to say I will not be returning. More

This was my first purchase from this dealership. The interior was massive and kept immaculate. The staff were all very friendly. I've never bought a vehicle from out of state, or during a global pand interior was massive and kept immaculate. The staff were all very friendly. The price was high, but that being said I was buying a highly demanded car during peak season and during a massive shortage. The price overall I felt was fair. I would recommend anyone looking for a mazda to go seek out Brette. More

I just happened to run into him as I was looking to trade in my Mazda CX Yes, he is a car salesman,. Yes, he works at Danbury Colonial Mazda. But ... I just happened to run into him as I was looking to trade in my Mazda CX-9 and replace it with a bit smaller, more practical vehicle for my wife and I and our car needs at the time. I was so pleased with my CX-9 I definitely wanted to stay with Mazda. While I live in Katonah New York, I had started to get my car serviced at Colonial Mazda. There, I got to know and trust Terry Adams in their Service Department. He was the man who in turn introduced me to Adam, who from the get-go turned out to be a truly professional, helpful, kind and trustworthy — an extremely likeable man to deal with. He’s one of a kind! The rest is history, a very pleasant one I might add. Eventually I got into my current car, CX-5, I continue to drive it, continue to be happy with my choice of a car. Adam was a tremendous help. The car I wanted (Mazda Cx-9 Touring Premium ) was not available in blue so he alerted me as soon as it came in. I checked it out and paid a very good price.
