He only asked if I needed help and then went doing his business until I requested his services. I was nice to walk in a car lot without the sharks circling. Needless to say he showed me three models, explained the differences and I test drove two. He focused on my needs not his commission. Bar none, that is a good salesman in my book. Compared to other dealer I came to colonial Mazda to buy my first car and Shiv welcomed me and, after learning what I wanted, presented some options. Compared to other dealerships I have been to, I found Shiv to be less pushy, very knowledgeable, and all around pleasant to deal with. After finding a CX-5 I loved, he worked with me on price and got me a better interest rate. Although I may have gotten more bang for my buck elsewhere, after driving my new car for a month now I still feel like I got a good deal and am happy with the purchase. More
