When I arrived to pick up the car it made me smile seeing a big bow on my new vehicle. He had learned a lot about the car that I was interested in. As far as locating a car and getting it in it was a bumpy road. The finance and business end was also kind of rough. I can compare this dealership with the nearby Honda and BMW in Watertown where we’ve purchased multiple cars. Honda really stands out as a professional dealership through the whole sales, finance and servicing company. BMW has been good but not the same level as Honda. Colonial Mazda needs to fine tune their operation a bit to better satisfy customers. The best thing about our experience was our salesman Shiv Dave. He seems to really like cars and will be a great salesman if he sticks with the job. More
