A Whole New Level of Service! I came to Colonial Mazda after having leased with the same company for the past 10 years. I'd been wanting to experience something new behind the whee I came to Colonial Mazda after having leased with the same company for the past 10 years. I'd been wanting to experience something new behind the wheel and had a good idea as to what I wanted. What started out as a brief, yet informative, internet chat evolved into a same day appointment with service extraordinaire Adam Dean. Adam just gets it: he is communicative, responsive, informative, educated in his field, has passion for what he does, and personality for days - he's not just your typical "sales person". I felt confident throughout the entire process that I had all the information I needed whether it be how to Sync my phone or what side is my gas tank on? I drove away knowing it all... Jay Barnard assisted with all of our financials and again, everything was very clearly laid out for us and all of our questions ansewered in ways that made sense. The process was super organized and painless, he had everything ready for us and we didn't have to wait for anything. For what is (in my opinion - sorry Jay!) the least pleasurable part about buying a car, Jay made our time with him very pleasant and pretty quick. I could go on and on with how happy I am with my experience but I think anyone who's gotten this far gets my point! I highly recommend if you're looking to buy/lease a Mazda see Adam, he will deliver the most personalized experience you've ever had, I'm sure of it. More

My New Car!!! Emailed Heather about a car and coming to look and with my work schedule it’s kinda hard to get up there but they worked with it no problem! Saw Heath Emailed Heather about a car and coming to look and with my work schedule it’s kinda hard to get up there but they worked with it no problem! Saw Heather and Brette who were awesome and showed me the CX-5 and took me on a test drive. The two of them together talked to me about all the financial details and got me all set. A week later due to the weather and everything Jay helped me with all the financial and registering my car. Firstly, Heather Ramos was friendly, welcoming, and helpful when scheduling our test drive and greeting us upon arrival. Adam Dean then took over and he was brilliant from start to finish. Adam is genuine, funny, kind, knowledgeable, and dedicated. He ensured we got the full Mazda experience by taking us on a test drive that included city and highway driving. He answered all our questions and told us a lot more about the CX-5 than we knew to ask. Finally, Jay Barnard took excellent care of us in the financing department. He patiently explained all we needed to know and thoroughly answered every question we had. He is a true gentleman. After we were done with Jay, we were pleasantly surprised to find Adam waiting for us with a big smile, even though the dealership had closed. He took the time to give us a tour of all CX-5's features. We really could not be more grateful for the warm, outstanding, and respectful treatment we received. We will definitely be back!
