She really listened to what I was looking for in a vehicle and understood that I needed time to consider my options before making a decision. I initially test drove two different vehicles. Brette came with me, explaining the features of each model as I drove. I loved both cars, but couldn't decide which to settle on. She then suggested I take each car out a second time on my own, which was very helpful. After I made my decision, she worked with me on the price and was very patient answering all of my questions. I never felt rushed or pressured and am very happy with my decision. I highly recommend Brette and Colonial Mazda for anyone in the market for a new vehicle. More

Dave handled everything with me over the phone from everything from my trade in to letting me know about my approval for financing. He far exceeded my expectations in every area. He was very personable, thorough and knowledgeable. He made the whole process so easy and stress free, I always knew what was going on and nothing was unclear or overlooked. He even took the time to sit with me after all the paperwork was done to show me around my new car and teach me how to use some of the features. Jay dealt with the financial side of things and I have nothing but great things to say about him too! He was very thorough and explained everything in full detail. He offered his personal thoughts as to what was the best coverage and took the time to make sure I understood and answered all of my questions. I was in and out of this dealership in an hour and a half without any hiccups. Everything went smoothly and it was a really positive experience. Adam is a very genuine, upbeat, low pressure and tireless salesman who looks to get the best possible deal for both himself and his customer. My test drive experience was fantastic. Adam saw to it that I was able to test every aspect of the car, from the highway to back roads with sharp turns, along with finding a park that still had a three inch slushy mix to test the AWD capability of the vehicle. Adam was more than willing to take the time to make sure I got the exact car I wanted and for a very reasonable and fair price. Adam worked with me and not against me when it came to negotiations over the price of the vehicle. And never once did I feel pressured into a purchase or was I ever pressured to buy any dealer add-ons by Adam. I would not only highly recommend Adam Dean and Colonial Mazda to everyone but would definitely look at buying from Colonial Mazda again in the future. More
