Adam is the man and was super dedicated to finding the sweetest car with everything on my wish list! Wouldn't have wanted to buy a car from anyone else. Made the whole process exciting and flawless. Adam Dean, the real deal! My wife came home, said we need to go to Colonial Mazda , my cousin has purchased 4 vehicles from them..she said ask for a specific salesman. I called My wife came home, said we need to go to Colonial Mazda , my cousin has purchased 4 vehicles from them..she said ask for a specific salesman. I called seeing as our lease was coming due and we were very unhappy with that vehicle and the dealership. A recommendation is always nice because you feel as if you can let your guard down and your not going to be lied to or pushed to make a deal your not certain of. Back to the call, a sweet receptionist answers and I ask for this salesman. So sorry, he's been promoted within our company to sales manager. Feeling bummed I said, please refer me to someone good. I've sold cars before and can't be bothered with some of the sleazy car sales people that can sometimes be scattered in delearships. She did, Hi, can I help you this is Adam. I explained how I was referred to his dealership and that I was looking for the previous salesman, he quickly assured me that he was good friends with him and I'm in good hands. I told Adam, I live 35 mins from you, my local Mazda doesnt have the vehicle I'm looking for and I've shopped around, I have comparable lease rates, I was upfront with him and I received the same from Adam. I explained I'd been in the business years ago and understood the process super well. I felt as if i was speaking with a co worker. Adam, took control of the conversation and we scheduled a time that day to meet. He not only contacted me back and did way better then my local Mazda, he made me want to drive that 35 mins to the dealership. I rounded up the family, and we were off. We arrived at Colonial, only to park and have Adam pulling up in the exact vehicle I had priced, including the color. Super impressed I was to see him on his game. Within 5 mins , our daughter's car seat was latched, short demo was done on the vehicle, and our licenses were scanned. We are off, we both wanted to test the CX9. I am the super techy car gal and my wife ..well point her to the mall.. Adam keyed into the fact that he had two different buyers with different needs. He handled the drive like a pro. The CX9 is stellar, Adam what's next, let's get the paperwork started seeing as he made sure my deal was great prior to even meeting me. I had quite the paperwork nightmare being originallyl from Ny, I hadn't switched my license over as well as my wife. He never made a big deal and made sure the paperwork was smooth and seamless. Offered water, popcorn, foot massage..just kidding..lol but he might as well. We felt super comfortable with Adam and then Roy came over, introduced himself and made sure our deal was set for the next day. I recieved a friendly text during the day saying our deal went smoothly, Adam confirmed pick up. Before delivery, I had received a call from another dealer we had priced a competitor vehicle with. He had some more "coupons" he could apply if we went with his vehicle. He offered tons of incentives and I felt my wife would've swayed. I called Adam and explained the situation. He calmy said well, I've done my very best for you and I stand by my deal, please let me know what you would like to do. I paused and said . We'll see you tonight! At that point he gave me his best deal, he never hid anything from me and even found an additional rebate, unlike boozo who let us walk out and then miraculously found "coupons" to entice us. Adam, a true measure of a great salesman, he stood by his word. Offered a great deal initially..no games. Adam stood late , missing his daughters bed tuck in, because he wanted to ensure he delivered our car. He never rushed, I even tried to rush him out because it was late..and he said guys I'm here for you till the end. Roy, executed our paper work nightmare and made all right in our world...oh and he's super nice. He also stood late missing his 11month old sons bed time as well. You ask how I know these details, these guys are family guys, looking to do their job to the best of their ability even sacrificing family time as they gushed about their kids etc. Dave made sure he backed Adam with the best numbers possible. The dream team of car sales, trust me I've seen lots being in the business. Adam delivered the the Cx9 flawlessly and perfectly, he even ran out put a bow on the car and snapped a pic. Adam, dude your firing on all cylinders, your Passion for what you do is noiticable and commendable. Long story short, CX9 5 stars, Roy 5 stars, Dave 5 stars, Colonial 5 stars. Adam priceless! What a great experience, they gave me their time, so I took the time to let all nervous and or doubtful buyers know that 35 min drive was well worth it. I will be back years to come and service with them. Acura Mdx vs Cx9 no comparison..Cx9 strut your stuff your winning, and Colonial take care of Adam cuz he represents your brand well. PS, I sent that snapped pic of our new car to that competitor dealer and the caption read, real dealers don't let buyers walk out. Zoom zoom. More

I was quickly approached by representative Adam Rivero, who took the time to help me find exactly what I was looking for in choosing my first car! Adam was very knowledgable about the cars and expenses. His genuine and personable character made me feel confident that I understood all that went into purchasing the car; you can tell that the reps at Mazda really care about their clients and love what they do. Jay Barnard went over all of the financials with me in detail and was able to clearly articulate what I was signing up for. I ended with with a beautiful 2016 Mazda3 Sport and couldn't be happier with the staff at Colonial Mazda! More
Overall Excellent Experience My sales experience with Colonial Mazda of Danbury was as good as I've ever had. Tom Amalfitano was my sales consultant, and he did an excellent job. My sales experience with Colonial Mazda of Danbury was as good as I've ever had. Tom Amalfitano was my sales consultant, and he did an excellent job. Very honest, thorough, cordial, and knowledgeable. Again, one of the best car salesmen I've ever dealt with. I was given the straightforward information I asked for; was never pressured into making a deal by a certain time; was able to lease a vehicle within my budget; did find the flexibility that I needed to close the deal; and was impressed by the knowledge that the sales department had about my vehicle. I would certainly, highly recommend Tom and Colonial to anyone looking at a Mazda. More

I knew I was on borrowed time as she reminded me daily (when I say daily, I pretty much mean daily) that while she upgraded from the civic, my outback wasn't the car she would have picked out for herself. Cut to last week. We were on the hunt. If it had four wheels, we looked at it. We looked at other Subarus, fords, audi... There was even a long visit to the Mercedes dealership in there. Either we couldn't justify the monthly payments, it was too slow, didn't have any flashy features, etc... We were stuck. After one particularly painful, rollercoaster of a car shopping day, we both left the Subaru dealership feeling defeated. Hot, tired, pretty hungry—I mentioned we hadn't looked at Mazda yet and it was on our way home. "Meh, I don't like Mazdas I don't think..." she said. To which I asked if she'd ever been in one or seen them lately. "I mean I guess we can go there..." That's when things started to click for me. "We're Adam Dean's neighbors from the lake! We know the salesman pretty well. I see that guy posting more pictures on Facebook of his happy customers who just bought a Mazda, than all of my friends who post pics of their babies combined!" Well Adam clearly sells a LOT of cars. And I know why! The cars actually sell themselves! If you set out to buy a car, and someone shows you a great car for a great price, you buy the car. But the thing that set Adam apart from most salespeople I've dealt with was he knew he didn't need to sell us on the car. The car would do that part. What he did was sell us on the brand and what it stood for. He gave us the WHY, behind the features and how they tie back to the brand values and mission which was to have the car be a direct extension of the driver. He knows Mazdas top to bottom, inside and out. And he's passionate about his own purpose. To make people happy by selling them a quality vehicle. His passion for dealing with people was evident throughout the entire process. He was extremely communicative, transparent and over all just an absolute pleasure to have given my business to. We just picked my wife's car up yesterday where Adams team had it looking like a million bucks with a big pink bow on the hood. The smile on my wife's face was rivaled only by the one on our wedding day (not sure this bodes well for me). That smile lasted through Adams very thorough explanation of all the features we hadn't covered yet, through the paperwork/finance stage which is often hard to smile through, all the way to when she left for work this morning. We're beyond happy with our experience at colonial Mazda and she's beyond happy with her new car. Happy wife, happy life! More
Very friendly and helpful. Negotiated a fair lease price. When searching for a lease car as an expat, i noticed that most dealers could not offer me anything close to their "good credit" lease rates. Than When searching for a lease car as an expat, i noticed that most dealers could not offer me anything close to their "good credit" lease rates. Thankfully when i visited Mazda, Tom was very honest that it would be difficult to get a good lease rate. But to my surprise after a day or so i got a good lease rate on my new Mazda3 2016. More

Amazing buy from an amazing dealer I was told by a friend of mine to go to John to inquire about a new car that i was looking to purchase. John was helpful from the first step i took in I was told by a friend of mine to go to John to inquire about a new car that i was looking to purchase. John was helpful from the first step i took into the building, I told him I was interested in possibly buying a new 2016 Mazda 3i sport, he throughly told me about the details of the car and broke all the costs down for me to easily understand, since have never financed a new car before. He was quick and concise, I told him I needed the car for this week, and he actually started his vacation on monday, but came in on his day off and made it possible for me to take the car home as soon as possible. Now thats dedication! I love the car and I love the amount i paid for it also, John was able to get me discounts that others wouldn't have even mentioned. Overall I am very happy with the purchase and even happier with my experience with at Colonial Mazda and its staff. It was pleasant purchasing a car through John, I will definitely recommend anyone looking to buy a new car, to go see John McNeil, they will not be disappointed. More
