I would like to take the time to mention Cynthia was very knowledgeable of the Cadillac CTS as well as the process to complete the sale. Cynthia was very prompt and friendly when returning my text/phon very knowledgeable of the Cadillac CTS as well as the process to complete the sale. Cynthia was very prompt and friendly when returning my text/phone call and that in itself shows how much she enjoys what she is doing and how she wants to help the customer purchase what they want and not just what's on the lot. Cynthia took the time to explain details about the Cadillac we purchased as well as two others on the lot. The only down note of the entire process was the excessive time taken to process paper work. I've been purchasing vehicles for 40+ years and it takes too long at all dealerships but Colonail Motor was a bit excessive. More

Cynthia is an awesome internet sales manager!! Tim then called her the next morning to tell her that we would like to come and see the vehicle and that we had about an hour drive and she was kind enough to hold it for us till we arrived. Once we arrived,Cynthia greeted us and gave us excellent care. We ended up buying the car at a great price that we could afford. We would definitely recommend our friends and family to come to Colonial Motor Mart and buy a car from Cynthia. I bought a used 2005 trailblazer 2 months ago which was by far the worst mistake of my life. My saleswoman Cynthia was great. But two weeks after I bought it my idler pulpy and compresser went. They fixed it free of charge. 3 Weeks later I had not one but two lines leaking in my power steering line. It was in the service shop for a week Before I decided to call and see what the status of my truck was. I shouldn't of had to call. I should have been updated. The second time back to the dealership they had my car a total of three weeks. ( three weeks to put in two power steering lines) I asked the service manager to change my oil as well. When I picked up my trailblazer after three weeks The oil did not even get changed. I called to complain to the used car manager Mike black he seemed very apologetic at first. He told he me he would get information for me regarding a bumper to bumper warranty because I already had trouble with my truck in the first two weeks. That was on a Thursday that he would call me back. Two days later I had to call him back because he did not call me back. I am glad that they took care of the cost but they Should have. If the mechanic supposedly do a 141 point inspection before they sell a used car maybe I would not have had all these problems. So at the end of this month my second payment is due. And my truck is still making a noise. I don't even want to take it back up there because the service department has given me nothing but a headache. Joe and Cynthia were great to work with, and helped me get the best deal for my money and credit. Although I didn't get exactly what I thought I was getting, overall I am happy with my vehicle and the eff get the best deal for my money and credit. I am a very particular consumer and take great pride in my vehicle. At the time when I picked up my new GMC Sierra (having traded a 2002 Chevy Silverado--which had been my last new truck purchase) I was di my vehicle.
