After a seperation from my son's father I was in a very difficult time of my life. I went to Colonial Motor Mart in hopes of trading in our car and buying one for myself. All things considered, my experience was quite good. A better job could have been done explaining how things worked in my particular car, e.g., how to operate the sound system, how to put the top up and d better job could have been done explaining how things worked in my particular car, e.g., how to operate the sound system, how to put the top up and down, operation of cruise control, what octane gas is recommended, and other similar things peculilar to a particular car. It's too time consuming to dig all this stuff out of the owner's manual. I reserve a "great" rating for service that is truly surprising and unexpected. While your service did not meet this criterion it was good and friendly. More
