The first thing he said to me when I entered the dealership he greeted me and told me I am the general manager I don’t usually talk to customers !!!!!!! REALLY , REALLY MR. TOM , GENERAL MANAGER. You are nothing but an empty suit . I will never ever buy a car from them Just because of Mr. general manager Tom . Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else but to deal with this gentleman . No people skills. In his own mind he thinks he is the president of Nissan North America . Mr. Viola sales manger is a great guy, too bad he works for this guy. I will go to Kelly Nissan for a better deal than dealing with this person . More

Best Car Buying Experience Alex made my car buying experience so comfortable! He really was great. He showed me my dream car but I wanted to think about it. Instead of being Alex made my car buying experience so comfortable! He really was great. He showed me my dream car but I wanted to think about it. Instead of being pushy like you would get at most other dealerships, he understood it was a big decision and didn’t try to get me to make a deal right away. When my registration took a little longer to arrive than planned, Alex secured a loaner vehicle for me so I didn’t have to rent a car. When I went to do finances, everyone at the dealership was so friendly and congratulatory. This was the first really big purchase I’ve made and they helped make it a celebration for me. Well... it’s been over a month and I am happier now than I was when I bought it! Great purchase, great price, great service. Seriously- go see Alex. You won’t regret it! More
